OIT Million Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based disability support provider committed to delivering person-centred, culturally responsive and quality-directed supports that promote independence, dignity, choice and meaningful community participation.
Our services include Support Coordination, Community Participation, Daily Activities, Household Tasks, Transport and Community Access, Social and Community Participation, and Therapeutic Supports delivered by appropriately qualified professionals.
We work with participants to understand individual goals, connect with suitable services, build confidence, maintain everyday routines and participate meaningfully in their communities.

Every participant has different strengths, preferences, cultural backgrounds, aspirations and support needs. We aim to provide services that are person-centred, flexible, loyal, community-oriented, friendly and adaptable to participant progression.
Our team
Our workers and experts are highly qualified, screened, culturally diverse, friendly, responsive and well-trained. We work collaboratively with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, allied health professionals, community organisations and other service providers to support positive participant outcomes.
Service area
OIT Million is currently welcoming self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across Sydney, with a particular focus on Western and South-West Sydney.
